Know and Improve the age of your knees
To check if you can fully extend your knee, lie flat on your back on a firm surface. Try to straighten your knee completely so it lies flat against the surface. If there is no gap under your knee, you can fully extend it.
For Single-Leg Stance (SLS), stand on one leg without holding onto anything. Time how long you can balance (up to 60 seconds). Stop if you put your foot down or grab something for support. Enter the best time in seconds.
For Chair Stands, sit on a standard chair (seat height ~43cm). Stand up and sit down as many times as possible in 30 seconds without using your hands. Count full stands.
